[Fixed] e-Procurement website Login Problems at E tendering Site

I have been filling Online tenders for longer time, but recently i have came across A Problem where i was not able to Login button of DCS after First login,
even i had installed Latest version of Java,Latest Version of Browsers , and DCS drivers and Pen Drive was correctly installed. I have checked everything into my computer but nothing worked,

After some research i have found that All Latest browsers have dropped support for Java plugins( NPAPI support ) due to security reason. If your FireFox version is Newer then 52.x, Mircorsoft edge, Google chrome 45.x or newer then you can not use eprocure.gov.in or any state govt’s e procurement website.

How to check if your browser not supporting Java?
If you want to check whether your browser supporting Java or not then visit
https://java.com/en/download/installed8.jsp

Solution:-

  1. First make sure you have installed Java JDK 8,

Download and install from here http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jdk8-downloads-2133151.html

2) insert DCS and install its software.

 

Open Internet Explorer and Use the site. It should work. If you are u unable to find it then

Press Windows+R to enable Run, type iexplore and tap OK. Internet explorer will be launched.

With it the login problem will be solved,

Or 

If it does not work in Internet explorer then Download older version of Mozilla  Firefox 40.

    after login website shows following statements-
    “An Invalid input is received from your browser.
    You have been displayed this page to safeguard you from any other error occurring.
    If the problem persists, Please contact the Help Desk provided in Contact Us link for further assistance.”

      Download Firefox version 40 And Java JRE version 8. then try logging. this will solve all of your problems.

    Till 1.4.2019 , it was fine.

    After 01.4.2019 while trying to login, q message is appearing “Error” instead of “login” button at central e-procurement portal. Upon clicking on “error”, the following message appears:

    Class not found exception

    When i enter my password and captcha it brings me back to the home page showing that a problem with this webpage caused internet explorer to close and reopen the link i have tried installing mozrilla 40 it didn’t work there as well my work is affected by this problem i am not able to open any tender files please tell any solution if u can

    I am trying to open the dfproc.gov.in website on mac, i have followed all the steps possible on the mostly all the sites.
    1. java version is > 8
    2. install emsignmer and running in a correct port
    3. pendrive connected.

    After all that its still shows the same error.

    After logine some time 3 to 4 mint is error are show at display pls solve my prob
    Your session in the client area has expired. A session will time out after 20 minutes of inactivity

    I am still facing the issue, I have installed Java 8, I have internet Explorer 11, don’t know if DSC driver is installed on my laptop or not (I have emudhra e-token for digital signature which works with pdf signature), don’t know hoe to install a DSC driver if it is not there as after inserting the Etoken nothing can be read.

    tried everything, like fresh installation of java and changing security setting but same error
    Java Run Time Environment (JRE) 1.8 or above should be installed.
    DSC drivers should be installed from the resource CD.
    The DSC smart card / e-Token must be plugged in with the system’s USB port / smart card reader.

    I have two laptops. Same Login button doesn’t appear problem. In one Laptop, it works only in Internet Explorer (it doesn’t work in chrome or firefox). In the other Laptop, it doesn’t work in any browser. There seems to be no solutions at all. But there is a trick, which I am unable to figure out. Very frustrating. I had problem in putting DSC in annual forms of LLP. I had to approach third party to help and they gave me the .pdf form which worked perfectly. The entire system is designed so that road-side Third Parties get tax-free business.

      That may be because your browser’s auto update is on. You should stop auto update from Menu > Options > General > Firefox Updates > Never Check for updates.

    Dear Sir, Thank you for these instructions. I was able to successfully enable:
    – I used Firefox (50.1). 64 bit firefox does not support Java so please use 32 bit firefox. You can download from: https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/50.1.0/win32/
    – I downloaded 32 bit Java (Java 8u300) from java.com website
    With these and using Sir’s instructions above, it started working.

    Is there a way to open these sites on a Mac. I have done the following but still can’t get the login button
    1.) Installed the latest version of JAVA
    2.) opened safari in Developer mode to emulate internet Explorer 7
    3.) Installed the DSC driver for MacOS
    4.) Inserted the Certificate
    I even Imported the certificate to system Key chains
    still nothing
    Any solution possible or Is it completely Impossible
